At Kfar Maccabiah, we place great importance on protecting the personal information of our customers, guests, sports center members, employees, and business partners.

Please note: In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law and the guidelines of the Registrar of Databases, whenever personal information is collected through any channel (website, application, registration forms, call center, etc.), a dedicated privacy notice will appear in real time. This notice specifies the purposes of use, the identity of the collecting entity, and contact details. The user will be asked to confirm that they have read and understood the notice before information is collected.

1. Who We Are

Kfar Maccabiah Ltd. (Company No. 520024167), located at 7 Peretz Bernstein St., Ramat Gan, Israel, Tel: +972-73-7794600, operates the Kfar Maccabiah Hotel, Sports Center, Events Center, websites, applications, and social media pages.

The company is the data controller and processor.

2. Types of Information Collected

Contact and Identification Details – name, phone, email, address, ID/passport number (if required).
Reservation and Usage Data – hotel bookings, course registrations, membership purchases, use of sports facilities.
Payment and Billing Information – invoices, billing details, payment references.
Candidate and Employee Data – résumés, employment information, attendance and payroll.
Technical Data – website and app browsing data (IP, cookies, device identifiers).
Safety and Security Data – entry data via access cards/apps and CCTV footage in public areas.

Providing information is voluntary. However, failure to provide certain details may limit our ability to deliver specific services (e.g., processing a booking, issuing an invoice, or granting access to sports facilities).

3. Purposes of Use

Managing reservations and providing services.
Managing memberships, suppliers, employees, and job candidates.
Customer service and ongoing communication.
Personalizing services and improving user experience.
Direct marketing and updates – only with consent.

Unsubscribing from marketing can be done via the dedicated link in each email or by sending a request to Privacy@kmc.co.il. No additional form is required.

Ensuring safety and security on premises.
Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
Handling disputes and legal proceedings as needed.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Contract – to provide requested services.
Legal Obligation – compliance with tax, labor, regulatory requirements.
Consent – e.g., for sending marketing materials.

Information may be disclosed only to the following categories:

Technology and operational service providers (IT, cloud, booking and payment systems).
Professional advisors (legal, accounting, insurance).

Business partners involved in providing services (e.g., Maccabi Group companies).

In certain cases, information may be transferred outside Israel (including to the EU and USA). All such transfers are conducted in compliance with Israeli law and under appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards.

9. Data Security

10. Minors

Our services are not intended for minors under 18 without parental or guardian consent. If we learn that information was collected without proper consent, we will delete it.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on Kfar Maccabiah’s website and application.
