Accordingly, our company invests significant efforts and resources in making accessibility adjustments to its buildings, facilities, and services, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the regulations enacted under it (hereinafter – the “Law” and the “Regulations”, respectively), and even beyond that.

Accessible Information – Written and Verbal:
Our company is prepared to accommodate requests for accessible information in both written and verbal formats.

Reading aloud of written information (up to 3 pages) will be provided immediately on site. For documents longer than 3 pages, please coordinate in advance with our management.

Verbal information can be transcribed by hand or printed.

Hearing assistance devices (hearing loops) are available.

Requests for information in alternative formats (e.g., accessible digital files, large print, audio files, Braille, etc.) should be directed to management or the Accessibility Coordinator (contact details below), and will be handled accordingly.
ATM and Self-Service Kiosk Accessibility:
ATM machines and self-service kiosks (vending machines) have been adapted for access and operation by people with various disabilities, in accordance with the law, regulations, and accessibility standards.
Audio Guidance:
Throughout the Kfar Maccabiah complex, the RightHear system has been installed to assist the visually impaired. Sensors placed around the complex provide audio navigation using a mobile app. To use this service, please download the RightHear app on your smartphone.
Call Center Accessibility:
Our call routing systems and telephone customer service centers are accessible. These services do not include background music, and messages are delivered at a slow pace and in simple language.

Alternatives to Phone Service:
Customers who have difficulty accessing services via telephone may send an email or fax, depending on permitted actions currently available via fax, as approved by our management. Fax numbers and email addresses for various services (hotel, events, sports club, etc.) can be found on the relevant website.
Website Accessibility:
Our company recognizes the importance of making its services accessible, including the digital services offered to our customers.
Accordingly, we have invested significant resources to make the website and mobile app accessible, in compliance with accessibility regulations.
The website has been made accessible in accordance with the Israeli standard 5568, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines by the W3C, at Level AA.
To use the accessible version of the website, click the "Accessibility" button at the top right corner of the screen. In the menu that opens, you can select the desired option and view the accessibility statement for the website (click “Accessibility Statement” or press F11).
