1. Standard Periods
- More than 3 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Less than 3 days and up to 24 hours prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of a no-show: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
2. Holiday Periods (including Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot, Passover, Shavuot, and July-August):
- More than 7 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Less than 7 days and up to 24 hours prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of a no-show: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
3. Date Changes
- If the guest requests to change stay dates, the hotel is not obligated to maintain the original booking price, as rates apply based on the date of booking.
